Autumn 2026 (Dates TBC)

For the idea you haven’t acted on yet.

  • A bold, thoughtfully held retreat for women ready to explore, develop and move closer to the ideas that matter to them.
  • This is not about switching off, it’s about stepping forward. Whether you arrive with a spark, a question or something half-formed, this space is designed to help you find clarity and confidence.

If you’ve been waiting for a ‘right time’ that never arrives, this is where that changes. At Women With Extraordinary Ideas, you step into a space designed for courage and momentum.

You might arrive with:

  • The seed of an idea
  • A creative project you haven’t had enough time for
  • A question you can’t quite answer
  • Or simply a sense that you want something new to happen

What you won’t find here:

  • No business plans.
  • No pitching.
  • No competition.

This is a thoughtful, intelligently-held environment where you and your ideas are taken seriously, no matter how un/defined they might be. Through a mix of creative process, conversation and expert facilitation, Kate Beales will help you move from thinking about your idea to stepping into it.

What makes this retreat different?

  • A space for bold thinking without the noise of your busy day to day
  • Gentle challenges and provocations to shift your reflection towards action
  • A community of curious, capable women willing to engage deeply
  • A focus on momentum, not just ideas

Come if you are:

  • Ready to explore something that feels slightly uncomfortable
  • Curious about what you’re capable of
  • Wanting to be seen and heard
  • Looking not just for a break, but for a shift

Your Host: Kate Beales is a writer, theatre director and creative companion who brings curiosity and quiet confidence to help put ideas and projects into motion. She will meet you where you are and offer a combination of encouragement, constructive challenge, thoughtful questions and creative prompts to help your extraordinary idea take flight.
