Casa Luna is available for rent throughout the year, with or without additional bedrooms in the annex (The Rustico)… prices from €3000 per week in low season.

The Rustico can sleep up to 6 people in two double bedrooms upstairs plus an additional bedroom downstairs with a sofabed

We can also accommodate up to 10 more guests at beautiful Casa Bianca, an additional farmhouse hidden in the woods, a 3 minute drive/10 minute walk down the hill (note – it’s a steep walk back up from Casa Bianca to Casa Luna).

“Our stay at Kate’s place in the hills of Calamandrana was absolutely wonderful!
We gathered together a large group of family and friends and the place was spacious with so much to do in a gorgeous and peaceful setting. The house stayed cool and comfortable and the kitchen and dining space was perfect for our group. The pool was spectacular and the games and sports areas were awesome! We also enjoyed walking to the vineyards and picking figs from the fruits trees.

Kate and Jack were just lovely hosts- friendly, helpful and communicative.
The house is very private up a steep and beautiful small road (the host family lives in the attached house & the occasional guest in the attached apartment but all very friendly w/ separate spaces ). Kate also provides a list of interesting things to do in the local towns and restaurant recommendations. Local grocery stores are just a quick drive away.” Jenny, August 2025
