Sometimes, what you need is a little time away from home, in a beautiful setting with like-minded people and a couple of pretty cool guides.

This is what this retreat is all about.

Time in beautiful Piemonte where you can rest, as in sleep, and rest, as in find your flow and access your creativity.

Over the four days, Rachel and Kate will guide you through different expressive practices – you can innovate, forge new neural pathways, discover and reflect on what gives you joy, pleasure in an act of radical self care.  We will create a community together, where we break bread and sit by the fire or the pool, and discover what creativity does for us and how it works for us.

Creative exercises may include collage, writing, drawing, and exploring the natural landscape in sound and sculpture.
